Quick topics
Find answers before you visit.
Start with the most common questions about appointments, fitting support, member pricing, funding and remote help.
Do I need to book a fitting?
Private fittings are recommended, especially for breast forms, post-surgery bras and first-time visits. You can call, SMS or request a fitting online and the team will confirm a suitable time.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring any bras, breast forms or garments you currently wear, plus any referral, prescription, claim paperwork or health fund information you would like us to consider.
Can I visit without an appointment?
You are welcome to contact the store before visiting. Calling ahead helps us make sure a specialist fitter and the right product options are available for you.
What happens during a breast form fitting?
A specialist fitter will discuss your surgery, comfort needs, current bras and preferred silhouette, then guide you through suitable forms, weights and pocketed garments in a private setting.
Do you help with mastectomy bras and post-operation bras?
Yes. We fit pocketed mastectomy bras, soft post-operation styles, radiation-friendly bras, swimwear and related support garments around your body and stage of recovery.
How do member prices work?
Some product prices are shown through the member area so existing clients can access private pricing information. Use Member Login or contact the team if you need help viewing prices.
Can I claim through Medicare or a health fund?
Eligible external breast prostheses may be supported through Medicare, private health funds or other programs. We can help you understand what paperwork to prepare before you submit a claim.
Do you support DVA or ENABLE NSW customers?
The team can discuss DVA, ENABLE NSW and other funding pathways where relevant, especially for compression and lymphoedema garments. Please contact us before your visit so we can guide you.
Can New Zealand customers order or receive support?
Yes. New Zealand customers can contact the team for product guidance, ordering questions and Ministry of Health claim preparation before arranging an order.
Can I donate a breast prosthesis?
Prosthesis donations may be accepted when suitable. Please contact the team first so we can advise on condition, hygiene requirements and the best way to bring or send the donation.
